Mani is another one of my special guests, who tells her astonishing story with beauty and utter honesty. She is an intersex person, which means she bears traits of both genders. Her story is one of secrets, surgeries, despair, awareness and acceptance. She challenges us to expand our notions of gender and identity and encourages us to embrace difference.
